Instead of following his entire life, this riveting, rambunctious portrait of Anthony Bourdain focuses on one chaotic summer in his young adulthood, when he worked in a Provincetown kitchen. Played by Dominic Sessa (The Holdovers), Bourdain’s bad attitude make for a contentious relationship with pretty much everyone, including his foil — a chef boss played by Antonio Banderas.
