This deliciously clever crime caper with its twists and turns is about a cop (Vlad Ivanov, 4 Months, 3 Weeks, and 2 Days) who gets mixed up in a plot to bust a corrupt businessman out of prison—but first he needs to master an obscure language expressed solely in whistles.
