We ask that if you have tested positive, had an exposure event and/or are experiencing Covid-like symptoms, please stay at home.
Upstate Films will continue to monitor rates and follow New York State and CDC guidelines.
To support public health, Upstate Films’ indoor screenings are limited to fully vaccinated*** patrons. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, paired with valid photo identification, is required for all screenings and events. Our staff is fully vaccinated, as well. ***Effective Wednesday January 19th: People age 12 and older will need to show proof of having received two vaccine doses; Johnson & Johnson recipients only need show proof of one dose. Proof of vaccination may include your vaccination card, a legible copy of the card on your phone, or the New York State Excelsior Pass, paired with your photo ID. Both of these documents must be presented to staff upon arrival in order to gain admission to the theater. Results from COVID testing will not be accepted. Masks are required for all patrons and staff, and may only be removed to enjoy concessions while seated. Children under 12 who are not yet vaccinated may attend only if accompanied by a fully-vaccinated adult, and they must also wear a mask. Bandanas/scarves are not appropriate nose and mouth coverings. Please put on your masks BEFORE entering the building. Seating capacity currently limited to 50% to allow for social distancing. If you are feeling sick, please stay home. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate a sometimes perplexing landscape. Together, we will come out the other side of this.
