SunCommon, New Yorkers for Clean Power and Upstate Films Theater are pleased to announce this New York premiere of the Climate Action Film Festival – A collection of short films from near and far featuring stories about those taking action against climate change.

Screenings will be followed by Q&A with local organizations working to address climate change. $10 – $20 suggested donation. All proceeds benefit New Yorkers for Clean Power.
Solutions to the climate crisis are being implemented and actions taken every day around the world, from rebuilding coastal estuaries to bringing solar power to remote communities. We don’t wish to ignore the large-scale solutions that must be sought through policy and governmental resourcing. But we believe in the importance of lifting up everyone playing a part in restoring balance to our planet— the engineers, scientists, builders, thought leaders, and activists who are chipping away every day at this monumental challenge.
